VTG EPAC Cigarette Rolling Device W/ Manual & Braunstein Freres Cigarette Paper
The epac device was made in England and measures 3.5x3.25x1”H. In very good condition. Possibly made of aluminum. Comes with original instruction manual. The Braunstein Freres paper looks good too. Unsure if any papers were used. Made in France
