Jeanette Kastennerger 3 Layer Women’s Skirt -Black W/ White/Black Sequin Stripes. This is a very heavy skirt that has 3 layers. I didn’t see a size on it. It has an elastic waist band. The very first layer that would sit in your skin is a silky material. 2nd layer is a very thick material and the top layer is also silky. This is a long free flowing skirt. The black suede or velour material at the base has a few small stains.
This item measures 19” at the waist. The waist only has a little give. The length of this is 43” long. This skirt weighs approximately 4lbs.
